Welcome to Casa Flor Society

To ensure a safe, respectful, and elevated experience for all members, please adhere to the following rules:

  1. Members must be 21 years of age or older with valid ID at all times.
  2. Consumption of cannabis is allowed only within designated lounge hours (Mondays & Tuesdays).
  3. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during Casa Flor Society hours.
  4. No resale, barter, or distribution of cannabis is allowed under any circumstances.
  5. Members are responsible for their own cannabis. Staff will not handle, store, or serve it.
  6. Guests (Flor Select only) must RSVP and sign a liability waiver before entry.
  7. No weapons, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior permitted.
  8. Clean up after yourself and respect the space and other members.
  9. No excessive noise, photography, or solicitation without approval.
  10. Memberships may be revoked at management's discretion for any violation.
  11. Seed or clone swapping is not permitted inside Casa Flor Society. This includes trading, gifting, or exchanging genetics on the premises.
  12. Tobacco use of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the lounge, including blunts, cigarettes, and spliffs.

Liability Waiver

By visiting Casa Flor Society and/or participating in any activities offered by Casa Flor Society, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • You understand that cannabis consumption may impair your abilities and judgment.
  • You accept full responsibility for your own actions, behavior, and safety while at Casa Flor Society.
  • You agree not to drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming cannabis.
  • You will not hold Casa Flor Society, its owners, staff, or other members liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur.
  • You will adhere to all Casa Flor Society rules and code of conduct.

This is a summary of our liability waiver. The complete waiver must be signed upon your first visit and will remain in effect for all future visits.

The full liability waiver will be presented to you during the signup process and must be signed in person upon your first visit.
