1. Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Casa Flor Society ("we," "us," "our") and the individual or entity identified in the membership application ("you," "your," or "Member").

By submitting your application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application in our sole discretion.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. We may request proof of identification and age at any time.

We reserve the right to verify the information provided and to reject or cancel membership if any information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

3. Membership Fees and Term

Membership fees are due upon acceptance of your application and thereafter on an annual basis, unless you've selected a different payment schedule. All membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

We reserve the right to modify membership fees with notice to members. Any changes to membership fees will be effective for renewal terms.

4. Rules and Regulations

Members must comply with our Code of Conduct and all rules and policies as established and amended from time to time. These rules are designed to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all members.

We reserve the right to modify our rules at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any modified rules.

5. Termination of Membership

We may terminate any membership for violation of this Agreement, our Code of Conduct, or for conduct deemed detrimental to the club, its members, or staff. Upon termination, you will forfeit all membership privileges and prepaid fees.

6. Cannabis Policy

Casa Flor Society complies with Arizona state laws regarding cannabis. Members are solely responsible for their own consumption and for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws.

Casa Flor Society does not sell or distribute cannabis. Any sharing or consumption among members is done pursuant to Arizona's personal-use laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim of any kind arising out of or related to your membership or use of our facilities, regardless of cause or theory of liability.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to this Agreement. Your continued membership after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
