Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participating in Casa Flor Society's lounge activities, including the voluntary use of cannabis, involves potential risks, including but not limited to physical, psychological, or legal consequences. I acknowledge these risks and choose to participate of my own free will.

2. Voluntary Participation

My participation in any activities or events hosted by Casa Flor Society is entirely voluntary. I am not under the influence of any coercion, pressure, or impaired judgment.

3. Waiver of Liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Casa Flor Society, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, illness, loss, or legal issue resulting from my participation.

4. Assumption of Responsibility

I take full responsibility for my actions, decisions, and personal health while participating in lounge activities. I will not hold Casa Flor Society liable for the effects of my cannabis use.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casa Flor Society and its representatives from any liability or claims resulting from my conduct or breach of this waiver or club policies.

6. No Cannabis Sales or Guarantees

I understand that Casa Flor Society does not sell or guarantee the availability, safety, or effects of any cannabis. Any cannabis shared among members is done voluntarily under Arizona's personal-use laws.

8. Additional Club Policies

• No alcohol consumption of any kind is permitted inside Casa Flor Society during lounge hours. Members found consuming alcohol will be subject to immediate removal and potential membership termination.
• For the safety of all members, bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited within the lounge premises.

9. Digital Signature Consent

By submitting this form electronically, I acknowledge that my digital signature is legally binding.

10. Media Release

I grant Casa Flor Society the right to use photographs or video taken during events for promotional purposes, unless I opt out in writing.

11. Age Restriction

Only individuals 21 years of age or older are permitted to enter the lounge, regardless of parental or member consent.
